I am beginning to write this week's blast as I am glancing at the beautiful sunrise, checking out the blossoms forming on trees, and listening to the birds chirping!

I hope you all had a wonderful and Happy Easter last Sunday.

I hope you all had a wonderful Spring Break and enjoyed the extra two days we had off. Several students have shared the fun things they did over break with me these last few days.

It’s hard to believe that it is already March.

I wonder if this is my first ever blast sent home on a leap year? An extra day this month, a snow squall Tuesday, my daughter’s bridal shower and I learned a new way to use “word” this week.

I am currently spending time with my dad as he enjoys his lunch this Tuesday afternoon.

I hope you enjoyed the Super Bowl last weekend, no matter if your team won or not, you must admit that it was a good game!

Wow, record rain in CA, and now it appears the weather is on its way here.

We have been teased with spring this week, which has been lovely, but it looks like some snow is headed our way this weekend!!

I am sitting in the gathering area this Wednesday afternoon beginning to write my blast using my hotspot on my phone as the internet and phones have been down most of the day.

Well, Tuesday was certainly an unexpected surprise. I certainly hope you enjoyed the extra day with your children.

The last school day of the 2023 school year!!

There is only a week remaining until our winter break. I bet Amazon, UPS, and the other delivery companies are busy this time of year!!

I admit it, I have been a fair-weather fan of the Broncos!! I know, I shouldn’t be that way, but gosh, they play ok one week and then the next - ugg!!

I am covering the office on this Tuesday afternoon, after encouraging our office staff to go for a walk on this beautiful day!!

I’d like to thank all of you who took some time to vote during our recent election.

My oldest son and I went to the Nuggets game on Monday night while he was in town and not only did they win, Russell Wilson was in attendance after their big win on Sunday!!

After an amazing Fall, it looks like Winter is on the way. I’ve been busy raking leaves the last several evenings!

One more day until Fall Break! Can you sense the excitement in my first sentence!!

My wife and I are headed to the southern mountains for one more RV trip this season.

Gosh, we are being spoiled by this beautiful Fall this season. Did any of you brave the traffic to go leaf-peeping yet?

My wife always says that fall is her favorite season and with the weather we have had recently, I definitely agree!!

Well, is it going to be the same old Broncos this season?? I had high hopes for their first game against the Raiders, only to be disappointed!

Can you believe that it is almost September? The wonderful news is that we have a three-day Labor Day weekend!!

Everyone�s grass was so green for the first couple of months of summer and now with the heat, lawns are looking a little fried!!

It�s been wonderful to hear about your summers, mostly from your kiddos, but also from talking to several of you.
